One Way

A few quick thoughts on Christopher Baldwin’s One Way, his newest webcomic project and another story with a large group of characters in a science fiction setting.  His last webcomic Spacetrawler had a similar mix of elements and quickly became one of my favorites (and a whole lot of other people too).  For me, the biggest difference at the outset between these two comics is … Continue reading One Way

Viva La Blog Posts

I’m not feeling all that amazing today but conscious enough to read webcomics and maybe clack on some keys. I noticed that Sinfest actually updated it’s website design.  Still simple but certainly cleaner and with the benefit of newer artwork in the logo. Another thing looking at the Sinfest site reminded me of is that creator Tatsuya Ishida has kept his sparsely update “Notes from … Continue reading Viva La Blog Posts

Bookmark: STRIPPED: The Comics Documentary

I backed STRIPPED: The Comics Documentary which was funded on Kickstarter in late 2011.  Mostly because Dave Kellett, creator of Sheldon, is part of the team making it. A couple of years later and they are just about ready to launch it into the world. The updates on the project have been great, I’ve gotten to see many of the steps they’ve taken on the … Continue reading Bookmark: STRIPPED: The Comics Documentary

Don’t Send Me Someone Else’s Email

Thanks xkcd!  So it’s not just happening to me?  I wondered if anyone else had this kind of thing happen to them. I have been included on family-wide emails to a clan of Mormons for years despite trying to explain to them that they HAVE THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS.  I tried for a year or so to correct things — I certainly don’t want the … Continue reading Don’t Send Me Someone Else’s Email
